As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to lead, train, develop, and manage multiple team members in their designated departments. You must ensure the quality standards of all departments are met in order to deliver the best possible product and experience to the customer. The Warehouse Supervisor must be attentive and willing to partner with multiple members of leadership on all warehouse operation decisions.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in a warehouse position
- Excellent organization and efficient time management skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager with any additional functions needed in various departments.
- Organize, maintain, and update inventory.
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products.
- Confirm proper and timely delivery of products.
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
- Ensure Team members follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Train and manage warehouse team members in designated departments.
