About The Position

The Seasonal Visitor Services Team Member serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, engaging, and informative experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, managing ticketing and admissions, and supporting daily museum operations to ensure a seamless and memorable visit for all guests during peak attendance periods. The position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and the flexibility to work at museum events.

Requirements

  • Cashier and Customer Service experience preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate monetary transactions including fees for admission, advance admission, parking, memberships as well as group/school tours, and gift tickets/cards.
  • Review daily cash drawer transactions for admissions.
  • Conduct museum visitor surveys and collect data/feedback.
  • Provide helpful information and friendly service to visiting museum patrons.
  • Dress in clean and presentable attire consisting of a uniform shirt, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and business appropriate pants.
  • Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.
