About The Position

The NFL Club Business Development team is seeking a ticketing operations professional to fill a temporary opportunity for NFL tentpole events. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the Ticketmaster’s Archtics platform, event on-sale execution, box office operations and mobile ticketing. This individual will join the Event ticketing team and support the preparation and operational delivery of Super Bowl, Pro Bowl Games, NFL Draft with a focus on International Games

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Advance degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in high volume event ticketing, fan experiences and credential programs.
  • Hands-on experience and full working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system.
  • Extensive experience with Ticketmaster suite of ticket-related platforms, including Account Manager (client tools & CMS), TM1 (Entry, Reports, Engagement), Presence SDK, and Pricemaster.
  • Experience in large scale domestic and/or international events or large venues.
  • Proven track record of coalition building through a transparent and collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds and variety of levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build, motivate and lead temporary staff.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Works well under extreme pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manifest build, ticket allocation process, inventory management and fulfillment for all tentpole events. Includes ticketing for gameday and our ancillary events with a focus on International Games
  • Support efforts in the design and delivery of the NFL OnePass app for use during Super Bowl
  • Technical support for the league’s regular and post season ticketing programs. To include request processing, fulfillment, inventory management, and financial reconciliation.
  • Operational support for the box office operations at ancillary events, including Super Bowl Experience, Opening Night and NFL Honors as well as Pro Bowl Games and NFL Draft.
  • Operational support for onsite resolution centers, mobile ticketing support teams, gameday fan experiences, and event customer service resources.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, accreditation, and role development for the temporary ticketing staff.
  • Support the processing and fulfillment of the league’s tentpole event ticketing initiatives, working staff ticketing, and specialty programs with a focus on International Games
  • Onsite support of the ticket office operations, pre-week distribution and fulfillment process, ticket resolution and inventory management.
