About The Position
Barracuda is seeking seasonal team members to join our supportive team and work environment during one of our busiest times of year! We value the contributions of our seasonal hires and are looking for individuals who are eager to be a part of our team. While these roles are initially seasonal, there is potential for them to grow into full-time positions. This opportunity will depend on performance, the overall needs of the restaurant, and the availability of our tenured, full-time team members. THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Requirements
- Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
- Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
