About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, the Seasonal Team Member role is integral to the bakery's operation, focusing on delivering a positive guest experience. The company, established in 1995, prides itself on baking fresh bagels daily and fostering a work-life balance for its employees, with stores closing by 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and brand ambassadors, responsible for making guests feel welcome, promoting the company through excellent service, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This seasonal position is for the summer, with the potential for individuals to transition into a permanent role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
