About The Position
At Einstein Bros. Bagels, the company believes in the bagel and has been baking them fresh daily since 1995. They aim to spread joy and happiness and are committed to work-life balance for their team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. They are looking for Seasonal Team Members for the summer season who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' due to their personalities and are expected to be true brand ambassadors, creating a positive guest experience. They take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
