About The Position

What does a Talent Acquisition Specialist do at Swire? The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in delivering a high-volume, technology-enabled hiring experience by assisting the recruiters by managing requisitions that primarily utilize Hirevue. This role partners closely with Recruiters, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent, efficient, and inclusive hiring process. Job Details:Terms: This position is a contract position. The contract will run from March 1 to Sept 30. There will be no opportunity to extend or convert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred or 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing requisitions using Hirevue or similar digital interviewing platforms helpful.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for hourly, early-career, or high-volume roles preferred
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting process for high volume requisitions that primarily leverage Hirevue.
  • Ensure requisitions are structured, posted, and managed in alignment with Swire and Hirevue best practices and compliance standards.
  • Monitor candidate flow, interview completion rates, and hiring timelines to ensure an efficient process.
  • Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the Hirevue process.
  • Support candidates through the digital interview process, addressing questions or technical concerns as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication at all stages of the hiring process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to hiring technology, workflows, and TA best practices.
