About The Position

Job Summary: Cottonwood Distribution, a proud family-owned business with over 60 years of service, is seeking Seasonal Swing Shift Warehouse Associates to support our busy peak season (April through September). In this role, you'll play a key part in picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Use a mobile WMS system to pick and replenish products for customer orders Pick items accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Organize and label orders for delivery Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Work both independently and collaboratively with team members Follow all safety procedures in a safety-sensitive environment Perform additional duties as assigned Schedule: Part-time, seasonal position (April through September) Workdays: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday Shift: Swing shift, approximately 2:00 PM until work is completed (typically up to 12:30 AM) Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly (with or without accommodation) Comfortable working in multiple temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory tracking Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) Food Handler's Permit preferred Work Environment: Warehouse temperatures range from subzero freezer conditions to approximately 80°F Exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying environmental conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Why Cottonwood Distribution? Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly (with or without accommodation)
• Comfortable working in multiple temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory tracking
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
