THE ROLE: MileSplit, the leading scholastic track network in North America, is looking for a seasonal staff member to assist our stats team. Learn the ins and outs of MileSplit This role is seasonal(March-May) Seeking a commitment of 10-25 hours per week Must have weeknight (7PM-2 AM EST) AND weekend availability March-May Potential for seasonal job in Fall for cross country
Requirements
- Must have a demonstrated subject matter expertise in cross-country and track & field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with text editing software
- Process driven
- Strong problem solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Gather, convert, post and process track & field results into MileSplit’s database
- Responsible for timely communication with Stats Team Lead and team members
- Verify and ensure accuracy of data in results/rankings
