Under the supervision of the Manager of Sommer Park, the Seasonal Sommer Farm Maintenance Staff is responsible for the following: Set up and take down for special events. Delivery of special event equipment including tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Mowing with a push mower or riding mower. Trimming with power weed trimmers or manually. Emptying garbage barrels and picking up litter. Cleaning and maintaining public restrooms. Maintenance of all equipment. Report any unsafe athletic field conditions, vandalism, unusual conditions, emergency situations, or incidents to the Manager of Sommer Park immediately. Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program. Performing other related duties as assigned.
