About The Position

As a Seasonal Skid Steer Operator – Snow Removal with Tendit Group, you will be on the front line of keeping roads, parking lots, and public areas safe during the winter season. This is an in-town position requiring prior snow removal experience and proficiency in operating skid steers. Shifts typically run 5–10 hours,. depending on weather conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous snow removal experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating skid steer equipment.
• Ability to work in cold, demanding conditions with changing schedules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment, including snow plows, snow blowers, and de-icing trucks, to clear snow and ice from Concourse C aprons and other airport surfaces.
• Apply de-icing chemicals to aircraft and airport surfaces to prevent ice formation and ensure safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on snow removal equipment to ensure its proper functioning and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following traffic control guidelines.
• Assist in emergency response efforts as needed, such as clearing snow from roads and parking lots during severe weather conditions.
