About The Position

Hello future shop assistants!

We're a busy and rapidly growing flower shop in Los Angeles gearing up for the
week of Valentine’s Day — one of the biggest and most exciting moments of the
year in the floral world. 

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working shop assistants to join
our team and help us create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

This is a great opportunity to learn the floral industry from the inside out
while working closely with our design team and shop managers.

Responsibilities

• Constant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving flowers, buckets, arrangements, and larger shop items
• Processing floral product and preparing items according to company standards
• High-volume restocking of supplies, vases, and glassware
• Maintaining store cleanliness — shop floor, storefront, cooler, bathrooms, and parking lot
• Working hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure everything is prepped, organized, and ready for production
• Supporting day-of operations to keep the shop running smoothly during one of the busiest floral holidays of the year
