About The Position
Help create a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, artists, and staff. Security team members monitor the venue, assist with crowd control, and enforce safety policies.
Requirements
- Prior venue security, event staff, or crowd management experience required
- Must be 21+ and able to stand for long periods
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and late hours
- Experience handling ID checks and enforcing alcohol policies preferred
Nice To Haves
- NC security guard certification is a plus
