About The Position

Join Our Team at Echo Canyon River Expeditions & Royal Gorge Cabins! We're looking for a seasonal Guest Services Team Member to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests this summer! If you're friendly, enthusiastic, and ready for an exciting, fast-paced role, we want you on our team. This is the perfect opportunity to spend your summer surrounded by nature while providing exceptional service to our guests. Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Intermediate Computer Proficiency
• Reliability
• Must be punctual and ready to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat repetitively
• Ability to sit in an office environment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• A background check will be conducted for all applicants.

• 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
