Looking for a short-term assignment lasting six months? If you answered yes, we want you to come to be a part of the Ace Relocation Team! Position: We are seeking a temporary Billing Specialist for a six-month position to assist during our busy season with calculating costs and rates for services and goods shipments, preparing and issuing invoices, posting data, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Exposure to billing and/or accounting principles
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Be adaptable, flexible and versatile
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years of billing experience and knowledge of billing processes and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks at the level of importance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Pay attention to the task at hand and avoid distractions
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents in order to compute fees and charges due
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
  • Prepare itemized invoices and amounts due for services rendered
  • Keep records of invoices and support documents
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Answer inquiries regarding billing
