About The Position
YETI is seeking a passionate Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join their store in The Forum in Carlsbad, CA. This role is for the Summer season, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right YETI products. YETI stores serve as community hubs for outdoor enthusiasts, fostering connections and shared experiences. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the outdoors and thrive in a team-oriented retail environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
- Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
