About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be part of a team that helps customers embrace adventure by providing exceptional service and helping them find the right YETI products. YETI stores serve as a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts, fostering connections and shared experiences. This seasonal role is for the Market St. location in The Woodlands, TX, and requires a passion for the outdoors and delivering great customer experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
