About The Position

YETI believes that time spent outdoors is paramount and their gear enhances this experience. They are seeking passionate team members to join their retail stores as Seasonal Retail Sales Associates, particularly for the summer season. This role involves fueling the store environment with energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service, helping customers find the right YETI products for their adventures. YETI stores serve as community hubs for outdoor enthusiasts, fostering connections and shared experiences. The company designs durable products that encourage outdoor activity and aims to keep the wild, wild.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends and holidays
