Requirements

  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in retail operations
  • Good numerical and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate merchandise movement, packing, pricing, and replenishment.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests to enhance the scope of their experience and diffuse and resolve guests' concerns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Inspired to always represent Evermore brand values and standards.
  • Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines/ instructions in English.
  • Sees the extra mile as their starting point in every interaction.
  • Ability to foster relationships with Team Members, potential clients, and resort guests.
  • Comfortable with starting and maintaining conversations with guests and Team Members.
  • Maintain the resort’s integrity and prestige by complying with all sales and operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, memos and instructions.
  • Must be able to work weekends, rotating schedules and holidays.
  • Able to visually look at a computer for extended periods of time while using repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
  • Able to sit and operate a computer for extended periods of time
  • Able to stand, walk long distances, stoop, kneel, bend, and or reach periodically
  • Able to be on your feet and mobile for the duration of the workday
  • Must be able to lift up to or exceeding 25lbs

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests of the resort.
  • Responsible for serving customers, arranging merchandise and processing sales transactions.
  • Designing and setting up product displays.
  • Assisting other departments with uniform needs as needed with our existing vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify retail coordinator.
  • Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ensure products are presentable and clean.
  • Uphold accurate monthly records regarding stock transfers and sales adjustments.
  • Responsible for month-end inventory as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
