As a Pool Bar Attendant for Cool Water Pool Bar & Grill at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will support servers in the efficient delivery and service of Pool Bar food and beverage offerings to restaurant guests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. Requirements

Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Must be proficient in multi-tasking, have the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts, and have the ability to work under pressure
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Cleans and resets tables throughout shift.
Maintains clean and organized deck for guests.
Fully understands the menu and beverage list to better assist servers.
Have complete understanding of ingredients and preparation of the dishes.
Delivers all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, dessert presentation).
Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.
Must comply with opening and closing as well as running side work necessities.
Direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management team.
Bus seats around pool when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
