ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Provide excellent customer service to all who either visit the Shows main office or call the Shows main telephone number Greet visitors to the Shows main office, determine the nature of his/her business, and alert appropriate personnel or department Answer heavy volume of incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, determine the purpose of the call, and transfer to appropriate personnel or department Answer general questions about the Show (ex. hours of operation, directions, parking, schedules, etc.) Retrieve voicemail and respond or forward to appropriate personnel or department Ensure that timely and accurate information is provided to callers and visitors Support the Membership Office with administrative duties as needed. EXPERIENCE Must have related work experience and ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Requires organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and shift focus on a regular basis. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both on phone, by email, and in person, required. Must have integrity, strong work ethic, and be punctual. Must be flexible with scheduling. Pre Show Hours: November-January: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Occasional Saturdays prior to Feb. 27th Show Time Hours: February 21 st through March 23 rd Every day: Monday-Friday: 11:00am 7:00pm shift Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 am 3:00 pm
