Greet members and guests with a warm Columbia welcome. Manage proper sign-in of all members and guests’ registration as well as ensure proper ID verification. Maintain daily records and enter data into the system. Process merchandise sales. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate club information. Monitor pool area for safety, assist during emergencies, and enforce pool rules. Assist with equipment checkout and lost & found. Keep reception and lobby areas clean and organized. Fold and distribute towels per club SOPs. Support events and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
