Greet residents, visitors, staff and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Immediately report emergency maintenance requests to management office. Ascertain nature of business and direct visitors or callers to appropriate department(s) or person(s). Assist with frequently asked questions (FAQs). Remain always on their feet, transmitting information to others, assisting people both in and out of the building, and serving as the interface of the building with the general public. Submit complete written report of activities to management office at end of every shift. All other duties as assigned.
