About The Position

This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour plus tips. The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the Pools in the resort while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Assist servers with bringing food orders. Thoroughly clean Pool areas according to standards. Re -stock towels, linens and required supplies around the pool area. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Experience in a resort or a related field preferred. Must be 18 to operate a golf cart. Working Conditions and Schedule Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to stand during entire shift. Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time during customary service hours. Must be able to work in hot weather.
