Pool Attendant (Seasonal)

AVE is currently seeking two Pool Attendants (weekday schedule and weekend schedule) for our Blue Bell Villas community for the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Requirements
- Previous customer service, pool attendant, or lifeguard experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ongoing seasonal availability a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure all residents and guests sign in when using the pool facilities
- Understand and enforce community pool rules
- Inspect the pool area for cleanliness and presentation standards at the beginning and end of each shift as well as regularly throughout the day
- Clean up as needed, including disposing of trash and straightening pool furniture
- Communicate urgently with community team members if any equipment isn’t working properly
