Pool Attendant - Seasonal
About The Position
The Pool Attendant is responsible for assisting the Pool Servers with food and water for the guests. Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the pool area. Clears dishware and flatware as necessary. To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as the Pool Attendant requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests. Requirements
- Prior food service experience within a hotel/resort environment desired.
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and provide high guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items.
- Requires the ability to learn and use telephone and POS computer systems used at the hotel.
