Seasonal Pool Attendant
About The Position
Make sure the company’s pool rules are being followed by all residents and their guests. Pool Pass is required for entry into the pool area. In the event of pool contamination (feces, blood, vomit or any other substance considered harmful) the manager or service manager must be contacted immediately and the pool must be evacuated and tagged with a sign that reads Pool Closed until further notice. Properly straightening patio furniture, place any left items in lost and found Pick up trash and debris and empty trash container at the end of your shift A Log In Binder is to be kept daily for residents to sign in when arriving to the pool. Name and Unit # must be provided for resident to use the pool The Pool Gate must be locked after each shift as well as the office, the radio and light turned off. Spray down the pool patio before opening the pool If any pool equipment has been damaged or property damage of any kind has occurred, the service manager will be informed immediately.
Requirements
- May be required to lift and carry up to 100 pounds in various forms.
- Required to stand and /or be in continuous motion for extended periods of time, while performing job functions with physical endurance.
- Must be capable of working under pressure as well as organizing and planning efficiently.
- Must be capable of working in extreme hot temperatures
