About The Position
Jacob’s Pillow seeks a Seasonal Plant Care Attendant to join the Facilities Department and work closely with/report directly to the Director of facilities safety and Security. This position is entrusted with watering and maintaining 50 flower pots, planter boxes and containers across the Pillow campus grounds, buildings, and facilities. Responsibilities include watering, weeding, trimming and pruning.
Requirements
- Ability to safely and properly use hand tools and equipment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Water all flower pots, planter boxes, and planted containers across campus
- Remove trash and dead plant material from pots, planter boxes, and containers
- Maintain watering hoses, sprinklers, and related equipment
- Identify and report issues related to watering systems, containers, or plant health
