About The Position

The Seasonal Pizza Cook plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, delicious pizzas to customers during peak seasons. The Seasonal Pizza Cook will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support smooth kitchen operations. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual restaurant setting.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary training or certification related to food preparation or cooking.
  • Experience using commercial kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and dough mixers.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring proper cooking times and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations throughout shifts.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage order flow and meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock or damaged ingredients.
