About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Pool & Beach Servers for the upcoming season. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys curating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service to guests at our pool and beach areas, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in resort or outdoor settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays, supplies, and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays during the season.

Nice To Haves

• Food handler certification and/or responsible alcohol service certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and answering questions about offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Make Cocktails consistently to the set standards set by F&B Leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside and beach service areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance the guest experience.
