About The Position

Temp SEASONAL PARKS FEE COLLECTOR Ready to enjoy the outdoors while making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a Seasonal Fee Collector who brings outstanding customer service and a friendly, helpful attitude to our beautiful Clark County parks! WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE Scenic Work Environment: Spend your days surrounded by nature at local parks throughout Clark County. Community Impact: Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and helps create a positive park experience. LOCATION : Vancouver, WA/Clark County area SALARY : $20.77 per hour SCHEDULE : 20-40 hours a week, Varying shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., (Typically) 8 hour shift with a 1-hour lunch, Mandatory weekends and holidays, Temporary 4-6 months Spring time hours average 20 hours per week. Summer time hours ramp up to 30-40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Operate fee collection booths and handle cash/debit transactions
• Greet and assist park visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Support picnic shelter reservations and park use permits
• Respond to public inquiries and provide information about park services
• Enforce park rules and maintain a safe environment for all guests
