About The Position
Seasonal Operations team members are responsible for creating the best experience possible for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Creation Museum and serving others, enthusiastic, energetic, an excellent multi-tasker, and able and willing to fill or change positions quickly. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE when interfacing with both internal and external guests to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God honoring fashion. REQUIREMENTS: All Creation Museum employees must be able to move and stand for long periods of time, meet lifting requirements (25-75 pounds), perform duties in varied weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat/cold, rain), are subject to a background check, confirm agreement with the Answers in Genesis’ Statement of Faith, and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.
