About The Position

Seasonal Marine Detailer (Boats) – Spring Run-Up & Delivery | Up to $25/hr Full-Time | Seasonal (May–July) Red Wing, MN Start a high-paying seasonal job working with boats this spring. River Valley Marine Center in Red Wing is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer for our busy spring boat prep, detailing, and delivery season. This is a great opportunity to earn up to $25/hour, gain hands-on marine experience, and work around premium boats and equipment. If you have experience in auto detailing, marine detailing, powersports, or outdoor labor, this role offers consistent hours, overtime potential, and fast-paced work in a top marine dealership. Pay & Schedule Up to $25/hour based on experience Full-time seasonal role (May through mid-July) 40–45+ hours per week with overtime opportunities Monday–Friday schedule

Requirements

Experience in detailing (marine, automotive, or powersports) preferred
Ability to work outdoors in spring weather conditions
Comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Experience with trailering or forklift operation is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform boat detailing for new and pre-owned units
Wash, wax, buff, and polish boat exteriors and interiors
Prepare boats for customer delivery, showroom display, and lake launch
Move, stage, and organize boats on lot, showroom, and service bays
Assist with boat delivery preparation and customer pickup
Safely trailer, secure, and transport marine units
Operate equipment such as forklifts, trucks (F-150), tractors, and trailers (training available)
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and lot areas
Support service and sales teams during peak season
