Seasonal Maintenance Technician- Venture Resorts
About The Position
Essential Responsibilities: Complete regular property maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on Venture Resorts cabins Responsible for the install of equipment, maintenance, and cleaning of pools and hot tubs Daily completion of assigned work order tasks and management; providing consistent communication and key details of work needed/provided through both written and verbal communications Responsible for logging all work orders in Breezeway Daily management of fix list for vendors to ensure completion of work orders Ensure that all owner and guest requests are met in a timely manner. Ability to troubleshoot internet issues Assist Inspections and Housekeeping to ensure all cabins meet company standards Responsible for HVAC installation/debugging and/or working towards HVAC certification Represent Venture Resorts with extreme professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to guests, owners, coworkers, and vendors Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays to meet business demands
- Previous maintenance experience and/or experience in hospitality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 50+ pounds of force.
- Use arms and legs, sit stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, lift, reach, and twist.
- Ability to climb several steps
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
