Pilot Property Management is a locally owned company managing more than 1,100 apartment units throughout the greater Seattle area. Spring and summer are our busiest leasing seasons, and we’re looking for a Seasonal Leasing Agent to join our team now through the end of August, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self‑motivated, enjoys working with people, and is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in residential property management. Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate who is new to the industry. This is a highly mobile, field‑based role. Leasing Agents travel between the office and multiple property locations throughout the greater Seattle area every day to conduct tours, inspect units, and coordinate move‑ins. Candidates must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving between properties and must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. As the first point of contact for potential residents, Leasing Agents are the face of Pilot Property Management. Successful Leasing Agents are professional, organized, and provide high‑level customer service aligned with our company values. Although Leasing Agents are assigned specific units and properties, we work collaboratively as a team to ensure positive resident experiences, strong leasing performance, and smooth move‑ins during our busiest season. A typical day includes advertising available apartments, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating apartment turns in partnership with our maintenance and property management teams. Beyond leasing, this role supports the broader property management team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
