Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties as
assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at
all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job as it
pertains to this position. Work is expected to be performed to Air Force Lodging
Standards.

Seasonal Position May-October

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in custodial or related services.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Must have the ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Must be able to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, and drug tests as appropriate.
