Job Summary:The Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume environment. The role requires close collaboration with our Yellowstone location to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain a thorough understanding of job requirements, park life, and benefits. Additionally, the position involves maintaining legal compliance throughout the selection and onboarding process, while consistently applying established evaluation criteria. The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: As soon as possible - Mid-April 2026Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) This position is currently 100% remote; however, it could be based out of the Xanterra Corporate office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. To be considered for a remote opportunity your primary residence must be located in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, and VA. If residing in the Denver Metro Area, there will be occasions when this position will be required to come into the office for meetings or events. The company reserves the right to change the position from remote to in office at any time.

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills - related to telephone etiquette and written correspondence
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills. Especially in regards to dealing with potential team members, current team members, and coworkers tactfully & professionally
  • Ability to exercise patience while working with a variety of personality types
  • Basic business administration skills - typing, filing, and use of office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop a proactive approach to accomplishing work in an efficient manner while ensuring strong attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge or ability to communicate park-specific information including, but not limited to: housing facilities and company/departmental procedures
  • Knowledge or ability to learn Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with iCIMS specific products preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all domestic recruiting efforts and candidate selection for front-line hourly positions and other positions as assigned
  • Screen candidates, conduct and oversee interviews, extend job offers and declines
  • Ensure adequate job offers are issued to meet hiring needs
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the locations, job responsibilities related to each of your requisitions, and lifestyle and benefits of park life at supported location(s)
  • Ensure a professional, legally compliant and consistent selection and on-boarding experience for applicants. Consistently apply established criteria in the candidate evaluation process
  • Oversee data related to employment application requests, applications, background/reference checks, and personnel file data
  • Maintain extensive contact with incoming employees; offer accurate directions and information regarding the Park, the Company and job specifics
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
  • Work closely with Talent Coordinator to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Other duties as assigned by the Talent Supervisor
