GENERAL PURPOSE Perform duties specific to seasonal assignment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate various equipment throughout plant including cheese manufacturing and packaging equipment Ensure all equipment is operating properly. Perform cleaning of equipment and document results as necessary Monitor the quality of product and report any issues to Leadperson, QC Department and/or Supervisory staff promptly Follow DFA’s GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements Maintain a clean work environment and perform clean-up duties between shifts as required Perform all work safely according to company policy, reporting an unsafe condition immediately. Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective actions when necessary for a critical control point as part of the plant HACCP plan. Ensure all documentation is done correctly and turned in promptly. Perform any other duties as required to meet production demands.
