Seasonal Guest Experience Host- Admissions and Operations
About The Position
Ready to join the stars? 🌟 Step into the spotlight at Madame Tussauds New York, where the red carpet is always rolled out and the fun never stops! If you’re outgoing, energetic, and love being part of the action, this is your chance to shine. We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-loving, and fun-driven individuals to join our Admissions & Operations Team! You’ll welcome guests from around the world, help them meet their favorite celebrities (in wax form, of course 😎), and keep the magic alive from the moment they step through the door to their grand finale selfie.
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Be the ultimate star greeter — welcome every guest with energy, excitement, and a big New York smile!
- Assist with tickets, admissions, and guest questions so everyone’s red-carpet moment starts off perfectly.
- Keep the attraction running smoothly — manage lines, monitor exhibits, and ensure guests are having an amazing, safe time.
- Snap a few laughs, share fun facts, and bring the “wow” to every interaction.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for its next close-up.
- Rock your sales skills — help guests discover must-have souvenirs and upgrades.
- Follow health, safety, and security guidelines to keep the experience safe for all.
