Youâll help families start their journey with excitement, keep the energy high, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile and memories theyâll treasure. Youâll shine by: ⨠Bringing high-energy, positive vibes to every interaction⨠Delivering legendary guest service with confidence and enthusiasm⨠Rocking your sales goals with a friendly, guest-first approach⨠Managing queue lines safely while keeping the experience fun and smooth⨠Staying comfortable chatting with guests from all over the world⨠Keeping areas clean, stocked, and ready for action⨠Following daily opening & closing procedures⨠Supporting a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
Requirements
- 6 months â 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
