About our property: Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. #PGH-SKL What you will have an opportunity to do: Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using turf equipment Repair divots and ball marks to preserve course quality Assist with daily course setup, including hole changes and tee marker placement Support irrigation tasks such as hand-watering, hose management, and system checks Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and pruning Care for flower beds, planters, shrubs, and trees throughout the property Assist with planting and seasonal landscape enhancements Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor guest areas clean and well maintained Operate utility vehicles, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds equipment safely Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Report equipment issues and hazards promptly Support golf course events, special projects, and other grounds-related duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to learn - training provided
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable operating small equipment and hand tools safely
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive bending, kneeling, lifting, and manual labor
Available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using turf equipment
