The role of groundskeeper is paramount in upholding the visual appeal and ambiance of our properties. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of grounds throughout the property. Your duties encompass the visual and tidiness aspects, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent requirements. We are looking for motivated individuals who can get the job done. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Able to twist, bend, stoop, walk and reach above your head to accomplish needed tasks
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, wind, and snow
  • Maintain good physical hygiene and always present a clean and professional image
  • Must be available one day a week (T, W, or Th) to assist with mowing and weeding beginning at 8:00am for 6-8 hours; all other days may be a flexible schedule
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as weeding, trimming, and watering
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall satisfaction of our residents and visitors
