About The Position
Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Greenhouse Worker to support our greenhouse operations and help us continue to deliver the excellence our customers expect.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Physical ability to sit, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Capability to lift 20-50 pounds multiple times per day
- Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Work in all areas of the greenhouse
- Assist with planting of plant products
- Maintain plants, including watering, pruning, and general care
- Unload and organize plant deliveries
