About The Position

Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed services. We are currently seeking Seasonal Grain Bin Laborers - Drivers at our Echo, MN location. Job Overview Seasonal Bin Laborers - Drivers assist in the construction, assembly, and installation of agricultural storage structures, often working with metal components and structural assembly. Laborers will work in various outdoor weather conditions to ensure reliable, leak-free storage systems.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity, basic math skills, and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license; a CDL is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, steel fabrication, or agriculture.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Forceful communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain safety standards.
• Assemble and bolt grain bin walls, roofs, and catwalks.
• Install bin accessories like fans, heaters, and unloading equipment.
• Repair, strengthen, or modify existing bin structures and metal components.
• Load/unload materials, prepare construction sites, and maintain tools.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
