We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Seasonal Gate Guard to join our team this Summer 2026.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a pool guard or security guard.
- Familiarity with pool safety protocols.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to function both independently and within a team setting.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and grant entry to pool guests courteously and professionally.
- Validate identification, permitting pool access exclusively to authorized individuals.
- Vigilantly observe the pool area for any irregularities or potential risks.
- Uphold a hygienic and secure environment for all pool attendees.
- Enforce pool guidelines and protocols.
- Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the pool manager.
