The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for managing operations of one or more F&B locations throughout Lake Compounce. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include overseeing assigned F&B hosts, food safety and sanitation, guest service, food preparation, monitoring financial transactions, and quality controls. This position also participates in the timekeeping, reporting and training activities for the F&B department, to ensure a smooth and safe daily operation.
