Essential function of the job: Welcome our guests to the Pool and provide guests with water service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the Pool. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed. Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels. Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Pool season starts in mid April 2024 and ends in September 2024.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• Able to work outdoors in the sun
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
