About The Position

Seasonal Field Supervisor, Rigby, Idaho Love working outdoors and leading a team? Clarke is looking for a Seasonal Field Supervisor to support our operations in Jefferson County, Idaho. This role helps keep daily field activities running smoothly-everything from scheduling crews to jumping in on field work when/as needed. What You'll Do : Coordinate daily schedules and support crews in the field. Handle job tickets, reports, and data entry to keep operations accurate and on track. Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Help train and guide seasonal staff, making sure they understand procedures and expectations. Keep tabs on chemical inventory, equipment status, and vehicle needs. Perform quality checks and step into field operations during busy times. Assist with recruiting and onboarding seasonal team members Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer expectations are being met. Maintain safe work practices and help create a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Availability to work the full season (April-October), independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in fast-paced service operations, scheduling, or dispatching is a big plus.
  • Background in mosquito control, or pest control is helpful.
  • Prior leadership, team lead and training experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and reading maps.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
  • Good communication skills and a valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
  • Ability to attain an Idaho Professional Applicator License within 30 days.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree in a related field (Biological/Environmental Sciences, etc.) is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and go above and beyond.
