About The Position

The Family Camp Photographer is responsible for working with Family Camp Families, ensuring they receive high quality family photos with excellent customer service in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision, culture code and standards of conduct.

Requirements

Education in Multiple Digital Outlets. (Photography and Design)
Experience working with guests or customers in a high volume capacity.
Background in photography and visual composition.
Proficient in Photoshop, Light room, and Illustrator.
Ability to coordinate with families clearly and timely.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Knowledge/Proficiency in Photoshop and Photography.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve and have action plans when working with guests.
Carry and set up equipment. (up to 50 pounds).
Ability to stand and/or move for long periods.
Adherence to the basic principles as expressed in MHA’s Mission, Vision, Culture Code and Standards of Conduct.
Adherence to company dress code and professional standards for personal grooming and appearance.
Satisfactory completion of background investigation, or valid work permit, as well as ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality images to families, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Manage photography labor spending and productivity for assigned photographers.
Communicate critical area and company updates to staff.
Prepare and conduct routine performance reviews for photography staff.
Develop, manage and promote positive team culture
Other duties as assigned.
