The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) serves Commonwealth residents interested in outdoor recreational activities, clean energy solutions and those who work with animals and livestock. Equally, EOEEA works with energy consumers, power companies, clean energy providers and farmers to delicately balance the interaction with environmental protection laws and regulations while being a cornerstone for our economic prosperity. Position Summary: Construction oversite, including inspection & maintenance/repair/installation of water & sewer infrastructure owned or under the care & control of the DCR, including septic system maintenance & repairs. Performs inspection of construction and repairs and records maintenance information using Global Positioning System (GPS) and GIS Field Maps application. Inspection DCR St. sweeping of Parkway & Parking lots. Performs engineering duties in state and urban parks, bridges, buildings and other DCR facilities in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations and environmental standards. Engineering Aide II coordinates and inspects construction and repair by sub-contractors, reviews plans and specifications, and signs off on work details. Daily schedule is from 7\:00 AM to 3\:00 PM, Monday through Friday, April through October.
